The website and its contents are provided by ODAKI "as is". ODAKI does not guarantee that the service will be free of temporary interruptions due to technical failures, but commits to resolving them as soon as possible.
Excessive Strain and Misuse Exclusion Clause: It is expressly established that "breakage or bursting of elastic fibers" and "seams bursting from overstretching" resulting from an incorrect or forced size choice by the user do not, under any circumstances, constitute a manufacturing defect. If the user's body measurements exceed the ranges specified in the official Size Guide of each product on our Site, any structural damage caused by trying to force, try on or wear the garment will be considered misuse and is fully excluded from the protection of Article 92 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ODAKI shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from users' misuse of the Site, or for delivery delays caused by adverse weather, road closures, demonstrations or force majeure events beyond our control.
Governing Law: These terms and policies are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States, in particular the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the Commercial Code (Código de Comercio).
Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from transactions carried out on this Site shall be resolved before the competent authorities and courts located in Mexico City, with the user expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
