Shipping to the USA
ODAKI ships orders from our store and factory in Mexico City, Mexico, to the United States.
How we ship
- Ships from: Mexico City, Mexico.
- Carriers: international orders are handled through Envia.com with DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International Economy® or FedEx International Priority®; you choose the option at checkout.
- Shipping cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on your address, package and selected carrier.
- Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days, depending on demand and order complexity.
- Delivery time and tracking: depend on the carrier you choose at checkout; delivery estimates and tracking are provided by the selected carrier.
Customs, tax ID and import duties
Shipping carriers require the recipient's tax ID for customs clearance. For the United States: SSN or ITIN for individuals, or EIN for businesses. Enter it in the cart before checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email with it. Without it, your shipment may be delayed, held at customs, or returned.
Import duties and taxes: US customs may apply import duties or taxes depending on the order, and these are paid by the customer. That is why we ask for your tax ID (SSN, ITIN or EIN): customs requires it to process the import paperwork in your name.
Exchanges and returns from the US
Exchanges and returns are governed by our Refund policy, which sets out which items are accepted and under what conditions. Where a return applies, return shipping is paid by the customer and the package ships back to Mexico: we do not have a US return address or warehouse.
Group and studio orders
Orders of 10 or more pieces of the same model are coordinated directly via WhatsApp or at eoperativo@odakistore.com.
