Shipping policy

All logistics, transportation and home delivery within Mexico are handled through the Envia.com distribution network. For domestic orders, ODAKI uses fixed standard rates calculated automatically at checkout based on the total package weight.

Standard domestic shipping rates within Mexico (delivery in 3 to 5 business days):

  • 0 to 1 kg: $149.00 MXN

  • 1.01 to 2.5 kg: $199.00 MXN

  • 2.51 kg and above: $249.00 MXN

  • Rate selection: At checkout, the system automatically adds up the weight of the items in the cart and assigns the corresponding fixed rate before the purchase is completed.

  • Order tracking: Once payment is validated and the shipment is generated on the Envia.com platform, the system automatically sends the tracking code to the Customer's registered email for real-time tracking.

  • Extended Zones and Special Volume Logistics: Deliveries to extended or hard-to-reach areas are subject to the coverage of the courier companies in the Envia.com network. ODAKI also reserves the right to adjust or add a surcharge to shipping rates, or to require a custom quote, for orders whose volume, dimensions or weight exceed the capacity of Envia.com's standard labels or the maximum weight scale (as often happens with bulk or festival orders that include rigid tutus, high-volume folklorico skirts or bulky accessories), notifying the customer in advance to agree on the logistics balance.

International shipping and customs

For orders shipped outside Mexico, shipping carriers require the recipient's tax ID for customs clearance. United States: SSN or ITIN for individuals, or EIN for businesses. Other countries: your national tax ID. Enter it in the cart before checkout or send it by replying to your order confirmation email. Without it, your shipment may be delayed, held at customs, or returned.
