Terms of Service
This document governs the use of and access to the ODAKI website. By visiting, registering or making any transaction in the store, the user fully and expressly accepts these Terms of Service.
Account Use: The Customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials and password confidential. Any purchase made through their account will be considered an electronic signature and will be fully attributable to the Customer.
Binding Size Guide: The Size Guide displayed on each product on the Site is the official and binding reference for the purchase. The Customer must check and compare their body measurements before placing the order. Ignoring this guide invalidates any later claim of "incorrect fit" or "wrong size" if the physical dimensions of the delivered product match the ranges in the chart.
Order Cancellation Policy: The Customer may request cancellation of an order only while its status is under validation. Once the order status changes to "Label Created" ("Guía Creada") or "Generated in Envia.com", the order can no longer be cancelled or modified under any circumstances, because the automated logistics process has started and has generated irrevocable operating costs.
Dance Studio and Wholesale Orders: ODAKI recognizes the special needs of dance schools and festival groups. However, our online catalog is optimized exclusively for retail sales. Any order equal to or exceeding 10 units of the same model, or intended to supply a school group, automatically falls under the Wholesale scheme and must be coordinated directly through our official WhatsApp channel or by email at eoperativo@odakistore.com. Bulk purchases of more than 10 units placed on the Site without prior consultation are subject to immediate cancellation or to extended delivery times beyond the standard timeframe, depending on warehouse availability.
Intellectual Property: The trademarks, logos, designs, texts, graphics and software on the Site are the exclusive property of ODAKI or are duly licensed. Their reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
